We would like to congratulate Ron Bendall, Cliff Linhardt, and Stephen Throneberry 
for their election to the Board of Directors.

Ballot Issue

The voters approved the ballot issue, authorizing the District to provide landscape maintenance  and snow removal services on property owned by homeowners association

Temporary Closure Notice for Repair Work

Please be advised that the following areas will be temporarily closed for essential repair work:

•  Monday 05/05/25 – Asphalt Repairs at Tennis Ct Parking and Chatfield Farms Park Parking.
• Tuesday 05/06/25 – Crack fill repairs and start seal coating at Tennis Ct Parking, Red-Blue Mesa Access, and Chatfield Farms Park Parking.
• Wednesday 05/07/25 – Seal coating at Tennis Ct Parking, Red-Blue Mesa Access, and Chatfield Farms Park Parking.
• Thursday 05/08/25 – Striping at Tennis Ct Parking and Chatfield Farms Park Parking.  Start placing new concrete wheel stops too.
•  Friday 05/09/25 – Finish installing wheel stops.  Cleanup.

Temporary Closure of Rampart Range Bridge (Rickety Bridge)

The Board of Directors has temporarily closed the Rampart Range bridge, otherwise known as the Rickety Bridge, for safety reasons. For your reference, the location is here.

We are in the process of replacing the bridge; in the meantime we will be working on temporary repairs so that the bridge can be used safely.
