Roxborough Village Metropolitan District
Welcome to the Roxborough Village Metropolitan District website! The District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado governed by a five member elected Board of Directors.
We have put our District information online to provide convenient online services and information sharing. On our site you'll find a community calendar, Board meeting schedules, agendas and minutes, news and announcements, financial information, and important documents and forms.
We are very excited about offering online services and consider this to be a valuable amenity for the community.

Wildfire Mitigation
The Roxborough Village Metro District is having wildfire mitigation work done in the open space throughout the District beginning February 3rd and continuing through March. The scope of the mitigation work is based on guidance from Roxborough’s local West Metro Fire captain as well as Douglas County, Colorado State Forest Service, federal, and national wildfire experts. Fence lines will be cleared of vegetation to at least eight feet and thickets of fire-prone bushes will be thinned. Most larger trees adjacent to fence lines will not be removed but will have the lower branches trimmed off.
If you have questions or concerns please contact Peggy Ripko, the District Manager, at 303-987-0835 by phone or email her at pripko@sdmsi.com.
