Welcome to the Roxborough Village Metropolitan District website! The District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado governed by a five member elected Board of Directors.
We have put our District information online to provide convenient online services and information sharing. On our site you'll find a community calendar, Board meeting schedules, agendas and minutes, news and announcements, financial information, and important documents and forms.
We are very excited about offering online services and consider this to be a valuable amenity for the community.

Ballot Issue
The voters approved the ballot issue, authorizing the District to provide landscape maintenance and snow removal services on property owned by homeowners association
Temporary Closure of Main Parking Lot – June 18th & 19th
Please be advised that the Main Parking Lot will be closed on June 18th and 19th for asphalt repair work. During this time, crews will be removing and replacing asphalt along major cracks, which requires full closure of the lot.
Prior to June 18th, saw-cutting of the asphalt will take place over the course of 2–3 days. This preliminary work will not require closure, and most of the parking area will remain open and accessible.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the condition of the lot.
Temporary Closure of Rampart Range Bridge (Rickety Bridge)
The Board of Directors has temporarily closed the Rampart Range bridge, otherwise known as the Rickety Bridge, for safety reasons. For your reference, the location is here.
We are in the process of replacing the bridge; in the meantime we will be working on temporary repairs so that the bridge can be used safely.

Meetings
Regular Board meetings will be held the third Wednesday of each month and are open to the public.
Special Board meetings are held in addition to regular meetings and are shown in the district calendar. These are working sessions for the Board to discuss district operations. These are also open to the public.
